Our goal at Artemis Fitness is to get you stronger. We do this by focusing on evidence-based, progressively overloaded strength training. We prioritize compound movements in a small group setting, making sure you get the attention you need to move safely and optimally for your body.
Our programs are structured to accommodate athletes at every stage, from those brand new to lifting to those with years of experience under their belts. We make sure that each individual receives the right guidance and support for their level of fitness, ensuring that everyone can train confidently and effectively.
Our group strength training classes take place three times per week, for 1 hour per class, guided by a coach. Each class includes an overview of the day's training, a warm-up, your training for the day, and a brief cooldown. We provide you with a digital logbook to track your training sessions and PRs (personal records). Classes are limited to 6 members per session.
Each session, you will follow a program with the rest of your training partners. Our programming is built on principles of progressive overload and periodization, which allow for easy modifications based on your current abilities. Newer athletes will focus on mastering foundational movements, while more experienced lifters will be challenged with advanced techniques and higher intensities. No matter where you are on your fitness journey, our coaches adapt the program to suit your needs, making sure you progress safely and consistently.
Every athlete’s journey is unique, and at Artemis Fitness, we honor that. You’ll progress at a pace that is appropriate for your body, skill level, and goals. We make sure that you’re always challenged, but never overwhelmed, so you can experience steady, sustainable improvements in strength, endurance, and overall fitness. Our supportive community and knowledgeable coaches are here to encourage and guide you every step of the way.
