The women's program is offered three times a week. Each class will include an overview of the training for the day, a warm-up, your personalized training, and a cooldown. We provide you with a digital logbook to track your training sessions and PRs (personal records).
Each session, you will follow a program with the rest of your training partners. Our programming is built on principles of progressive overload and periodization, which allow for easy modifications based on your current abilities. Newer athletes will focus on mastering foundational movements, while more experienced lifters will be challenged with advanced techniques and higher intensities. No matter where you are on your fitness journey, our coaches adapt the program to suit your needs, making sure you progress safely and consistently.
